Congo has benefited from the Central African Backbone to further the reach of broadband.
Its currency is governed via trhe Bank of Central African States (pegged to the Euro).
It has oil revenues, and is implementing structural reforms in line with CEMAC thinking.
Internet access is 28 percent and mobile phones 94 percent.
There is more work to do to deliver CBDCs to this country.
